No Parties, Events, or Excessive Noise • Parties, events, or any excessive noise are strictly prohibited on the property. • The reservation may be terminated immediately for violation, subject to platform enforcement and applicable fees. No Smoking or Vaping • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as balconies or patios. • Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in immediate reservation termination and an additional deep cleaning fee. No Pets Allowed • Pets are not permitted at any time, both indoors and outdoors. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. • Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times. No music or loud conversation after 9:00 pm. Children & Infants • Children and infants under 2 years old are welcome. • Please supervise children and infants at all times for their safety and comfort. General Care and Respect • Treat the home with care and leave it in tidy condition upon check-out. • Report any spills, damages, or issues to the host immediately via the platform messaging system. • Only registered guests included in your reservation are permitted on the property. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private patio. Guests may also enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including a fitness center and outdoor gathering areas with grills and seating. Two small owner closets within the apartment are locked and reserved for the host.
